Susan - I went in and added notes to the last step out photo. Basically, you cut wings from doily and then glue the arms (which you made in an earlier step) and wings in place. Hope this helps! Let me know if you need any further clarification.

I Love your paper doily angel and enjoyed watching the video On UTube. However, when I went to print the directions they were not complete. I had to go iinto the website to get the directions but was only able to print them as far as drawing the face. There did not seem to be anything else beyond that point telling how to attach the arms, wings etc. I did try to make one, but would have preferred a full set of the directions. Thank you

Yes. Once the glue has dried on the doilies, you will paint black over the entire clay pot and doilies. Then you will dry brush over the black paint following the textured design of the doilies.

I don't quite understand, you put the half doilies on and then turned the pot to the other side and said to paint the whole pot black, does that mean paint over the white doilie???

There is a link above the photos to go to Crafts For All Seasons. The pdf's are on her website. I figured since I got the idea from her, I'd give folks a link to her site. It has lots of cool projects!
