Lisa Fulmer has worked in sales & marketing for over 25 years, with the last 6+ years in the craft industry. As a marketing communications specialist, she helps artists, crafters, and small businesses reach their prospective customers and supporters with effective programs and messaging to nurture their brand, build awareness, and develop sales.
She refers to herself as “an ardent artist and a chronic crafter” and she fills every spare minute with fiber art, cardmaking, scrapbooking, art journaling, beading, needlework, craft sewing, painting, photography, collage, altered art…there’s precious little that she hasn’t tried and loved creating.
Lisa started blogging in the fall of 2008 to chronicle her work, and became enchanted by the online craft community at large. She frequently demonstrates a wide variety of art and craft techniques online and at national art and craft shows, and she teaches classes regularly at local art and craft stores.
Lisa contributed designs to three craft books—Color Your World with Princess Mirah Batiks, Cupcakes! and Countdown Calendars. Her “DIY Wedding” projects were featured in a 2-page spread of the April 2010 issue of Crafts ‘n Things magazine.
In the summer of 2012, Lisa was thrilled to join her “crafty sistah” Andrea Currie in battle on the first season of Craft Wars, a reality crafting competition show on the TLC network. Together they won their episode and took home the $10,000 prize…that will buy a LOT of glitter!
