Note: For the purple “Joy” rock, I applied alcohol ink directly to my rock and let it dry before decoupaging! Also, you can use this same technique using the Aleene’s Glossy or Glitter Decoupage. Be creative and have fun!

Hello! When I tried to decoupage paper with words printed on it (ink was completely dry) the ink ran when I put the glue over top. What did I do wrong? Thanks for your help!
